Class & Event Policies

We know plans change. These policies help us prepare materials, coordinate our team, and create a great experience for everyone.

Workshops & Classes

    • Your spot is confirmed once payment is received in full.

    • Registration closes 24 hours before class, unless otherwise noted.

    • Class sizes are limited.

    • Cancel 72+ hours before class for a refund or class credit.

    • Cancel 24–72 hours before class for class credit.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of class are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Rescheduling 72+ hours in advance is subject to availability.

    • Processing fees may be non-refundable.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.

    If you're running late, please contact us. Classes end at their scheduled time, so missed time cannot be made up.

    Arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication may be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Private events and brand activations require advance planning, staffing, materials, equipment, and production coordination.

Private Events & Brand Activations

  • Your event is confirmed once the required deposit or payment outlined in your proposal or agreement has been received.

    Event-specific details—including scope, staffing, materials, production, travel, equipment, and payment terms—will be outlined in your proposal or service agreement.

    • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable expenses or costs already incurred.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

    • Custom materials, staffing, equipment, travel, shipping, fabrication, or other costs already incurred remain the client's responsibility.

    • If an event is postponed, Artistry.nyc will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, subject to availability and any additional costs.

  • Changes to the date, location, guest count, schedule, scope, staffing, materials, or production requirements may affect pricing and availability.

    Please communicate changes as early as possible. Additional services, hours, or production requirements may incur additional fees.

Studio & Event Etiquette

We ask all participants, clients, and guests to treat our team, equipment, and creative spaces with care and respect.

Unsafe, threatening, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from a workshop or event without a refund.

Photos & Video

Artistry.nyc may photograph or film workshops, private events, and brand activations for website, social media, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

If you or your guests prefer not to be photographed, please notify our team in advance.

We want our workshops and events to be welcoming and accessible. If you have an accommodation request, please contact us before booking so we can discuss how we can best support you.

By booking an Artistry.nyc workshop, private event, or brand activation, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable policies and, where applicable, the terms of your signed agreement.

For project-based services, production work, and brand activations, the applicable signed agreement will govern in the event of a conflict with these general policies.
